Yolandi Swart (néé Engelbrecht) matriculated in 2001 at the Rob Ferreira High School in White River.
She joined Christo Smith Attorneys Incorporated the following year as a litigation typist. She later attends to conveyancing and commences her LLB studies. After a period of 8 years service she is appointed at SEESA and becomes an expert labour practitioner. In 2011 she once again joins the firm and resumes her articles. Yolandi deals with High Court litigation, conveyancing and labour matters and also assists with the planning of seminars. Yolandi obtained the LLB degree in 2015. She has an exceptional ability to assist parties experiencing various difficulties during sale and transfer of their properties as well as parties involved in High Court litigation. She is married to Gunter Swart and they have a son, Jean.
